The Corelan Certified Exploit Developer (CCED) exam is designed to validate advanced expertise in Windows Userland exploit development.

To be eligible, Candidates must have successfully completed both Corelan classes:

• 📚 Corelan Stack (Bootcamp)
• 📚 Corelan Heap (Advanced)

Candidates are strongly encouraged to study the course materials in depth, practice extensively, and prepare thoroughly for all five exam phases. Simply attending the classes may not be sufficient to pass — success requires substantial independent study and hands-on experience. The Exam includes challenges for modern versions of Windows, and adequate preparation will significantly improve your chances of success.

If you meet these requirements and are ready to take on the challenge, you can proceed with the sign-up procedure below.

Step 1: Prepare your letter of motivation

Your letter must contain the following sections:

• 👉 Introduce yourself
• 👉 Indicate when and where you took Corelan Stack (Bootcamp) and Corelan Heap (Advanced)
• 👉 Why the title of CCED is important to you
• 👉 How did you prepare for CCED
• 👉 Why you’re motivated to doing the work to achieve this certificate
• 👉 What you are going to do in order to keep your knowledge up-to-date in the future
• 👉 What tangible actions you are going to implement in order to hold yourself accountable for actually taking these actions in the future.

Step 2: Send the letter

In order to preserve quality, we only allow a certain maximum of registrations per month.

Step 3. Wait for approval

Wait for Corelan to carefully review your letter of motivation.

If it was convincing enough and your application was approved, you will receive an onboarding email.
